Apinu Atelier produces small batches of craft decorative goods: candles, painted jars, soap, and other handmade items.

Task
The team needed a system for controlling production stages: what is currently in progress, how much time each stage takes, which tasks have been completed, what needs to be planned next, and where delays appear.
Materials and resources were just as important. The system needed to track what was ordered, from which supplier, delivery time, delivery cost, supplier quality, and which materials were running low in stock.
Solution
We built an Airtable-based system for production management, purchasing, and planning. It supports production tasks, stage tracking, time logging, material stock, and supplier records.
The system automatically calculates product cost based on material costs and time spent. This makes it easier to make decisions about pricing, suppliers, and process efficiency.
Result
Apinu Atelier now has a single operational base connecting production, materials, suppliers, inventory, cost calculation, and planning.
The solution is inexpensive to maintain, does not require heavy custom development, and can integrate with external storefront platforms, including Shopify.
